Taskr Terms
The practical rules for using Taskr during the private beta.
Version 2026-08-18 · Last updated 18 August 20261. The service
Taskr helps organisations schedule recurring work, assign ownership, collect evidence, review completion and escalate missed work. The service is provided as a private beta while commercial terms are being finalised.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use multi-factor authentication where appropriate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected compromise.
3. Workspace responsibility
Your organisation controls the tasks, instructions, people, files and evidence added to its workspace. You must have authority to upload that content and must not use Taskr for unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing material.
4. Operational decisions
Taskr supports operational accountability but does not replace professional, safety, legal or regulatory judgement. Your organisation remains responsible for its processes, controls and decisions.
5. Availability and changes
We operate safeguards, backups and a production lifecycle canary, but beta functionality can change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material document changes will require a new recorded acceptance.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted to protect the service, users or third parties, or where these terms are materially breached. Existing operational records remain subject to the applicable retention and export controls.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taskr is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss caused by content, instructions or configuration supplied by a customer. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing terms and contact
Any signed order or negotiated agreement takes priority over these beta terms where it expressly conflicts. The applicable Taskr operator and governing-law details will be identified in that agreement before paid service begins. Questions can be submitted through Taskr Support.
